The organization was created for the promotion of the sport of Track and Field throughout the United States, emphasizing safety and sportsmanship. Giving individuals who do not have access to the sites and equipment the opportunity to participate in the sport by providing recreational and competitive Track and Field activities for men and women of all ages. Providing an avenue to learn, instruct and compete safely in the sport, we have adopted the official Rules and Regulations the U.S.A. Track and Field Association and sanctioned events.
In addition to the great activities of the sport we conduct programs where the individuals develop leadership and learn how to support their local communities in activities around social responsibility through sustainability activities like our Forget Me Knot Flowers program. These programs were developed to help the individuals be prepare to be the leader on the field and off.
As a Non-Profit Organization your contributions to us are tax deductible. The effective date of our exemption was certified and effective on March 24, 2004, Federal EIN# 20-0829950 and DLN 17053162012034. We have been granted a Non-profit Organization exemption status under section 501c (3) and are classified as a public charity with status 170 (b)(1)(A)(vi) of the IRS code.

Steps to Participate in the Practice & Training sessions:
1) JOIN The USATF and acquire a valid active membership number (Mandatory)
2) Complete the Participant Waiver Form (Mandatory)
3) Review the Practice Schedule
4) The cost is $25 (twenty five dollars) per session (Session are 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm)
5) Make check payable to: USA Pole Vault Bureau Association
6) Bring your completed Participant Waiver Form signed by your parents & check to the practice
Poles will be provided for all practices & training sessions. If you bring a pole it will NOT be
permitted in the facility. DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN POLE VAULT POLES.
